In March 2023, the Czech Republic announced an additional investment of 55 billion Czech crowns (approximately 2.5 billion USD) for the "New Green Savings" program, further bolstering support for renewable energy initiatives.

Sweden, emerging as a prominent solar energy storage market in the Nordics, is experiencing significant growth. Forecasts predict a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 3.5% in Sweden's renewable energy market from 2022 to 2027. With ambitious goals to achieve 100% renewable energy generation by 2040 and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 0% by 2045, Sweden presents promising opportunities for renewable energy.

According to a report by the Polish Institute for Energy and Climate Studies (IEO), it is projected that Poland's installed capacity of photovoltaic (PV) systems will double again from 2023 to the end of 2025. The specific predictions indicate an addition of 5,981 megawatts in 2023, 4,392 megawatts in 2024, and 3,996 megawatts in 2025. By 2025, Poland's cumulative installed PV capacity is expected to reach 26,791 megawatts.

At the end of 2022, the total capacity of Spain's energy storage market was approximately 10.8 GW, with a target to deploy a total of 22 GW of storage projects by the end of 2030. The Spanish government proposed subsidies of €150 million for standalone energy storage system (BESS) projects, €150 million for hybrid energy storage projects, and €30 million for thermal energy storage projects.
